Stayed here for one night but I wish we had stayed longer. The rooms were clean and comfortable and offered a nice view of the pond directly behind the hotel. The only reason I did not give a 5 star review was due to the fact that there is no hot tub and the pool heater was not working at the time of my stay. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay here and will return if I am back in the area.

This is a great stay! The service was GREAT! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even when we had special requests. The rooms were clean, spacious, bright, well equipped (full kitchen!). Well decorated throughout. Breakfast looked really good, with various hot choices. We ate at some other places with our family, however.

Nice hotel. Very clean nice rooms and I was able to connect my Roku and enjoy my time in my room. Great fitness center, and overall a nice hotel. $20 incidentals for the entire stay. I did have to ask for room service even though I was staying there for 6 nights but it was quick and easy so all good

Stayed here several weeks. Make reservations early they almost always stay full. Nice staff, great breakfast, guest laundry is very reasonable. Rooms are very nice, large fridge/freezer. No stove, but induction stove is available, BBQ grills outside. No restaurants in walking distance, but plenty in close radius. Close to I75.

Poorly run hotel. I’ve spent over 5500 nights in hotels. Use the app to assign myself a room. When I checked in I had been moved. When I got to my room, I was not able to access the Internet because my name did not match the room number. Started calling at 11 o’clock and there was no answer at the front desk. Simultaneously used my cell phone to call from an outside line to try to get a hold of the front desk. 15 minutes later I decided to go to the front desk only to find the two front desk personelle having a little chat party behind the glass of the front desk. The next morning, rather than an apology, the assistant general manager simply made excuses. Something about a shift change. I guess during the 15 minutes of a shift change, the hotel goes dark and no one answers the phone.

Nice room very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and helped me immediately with the ac. Food was good. Shower and bathroom had everything thing. Very clean. Looking forward to my next visit.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast was good, and I liked that they provided reusable dishes and utensils. Very environmentally friendly!
